Boldan has a range of calibrated rollers which offer ease of use, no matter your set-up. The units are easy to handle, allowing for mobile use, as well as being suited to mounting on a wet-out table.

With the ability to wet-out liners up to DN300, the Boldan MiniRoller range is the perfect fit for your relining needs.

Boldan Calibrated Rollers
Using a Calibrated Roller ensures that the epoxy is spread evenly throughout the liner. From our selections you will find both electronic and manual Calibrated Rollers for all your lining needs.

  1. The Pro-tech D200 Manual Roller
    • Built to last with sturdy construction and features dual rotating rollers. It comes equipped with grease fittings to make maintenance easy.

      • Maximum size of liner D225
      • Width 500 mm, Height 400 mm, Depth 440 mm
      • The clearance of the rollers can be adjusted from 0 to 75 mm

  2. MiniRoller D200e
    • A compact electric Calibration Roller that can be mounted to a table or easily transported closer to the worksite. Ideal for a small crew wetting out longer liners with a diameter range up to DN225 / 8”. The unit operates with a foot pedal, allowing for hands-free operation.
